1. Booking

• Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or via our website.
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• During peak times, certain time slots may be adjusted.

2. Late Arrival & Cancellation

• Any cancellation or modification must be communicated as soon as possible.
• In case of late arrival, the hammam will do its best to maintain the service under the best possible conditions.
• The hammam reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of unreported no-shows.
• For better organization, please respect your scheduled appointment time.

3. Payment

• Payments are accepted in cash only.
• Payments in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), Euros (€), and US Dollars ($) are accepted.
• Prices displayed on the website are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (DH).
• Any service that has been started remains payable in full.

4. Separate Men’s / Women’s Areas

• The hammam has two completely separate sections: one for women and one for men.
• No mixed-gender or couples’ services are offered.
• Massages and treatments are performed exclusively by staff of the same gender as the client.

5. Hammam Rules

• Respect for staff and other clients is mandatory.
• Any inappropriate behavior will result in denied access or immediate expulsion without refund.
• Shorts are mandatory for men.
• Flip-flops are not permitted inside the hammam for men.
• Children remain under the responsibility of their accompanying adults.

6. Health & Safety

• Please inform staff in case of pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions, or any particular medical condition.
• The treatments and massages offered are intended for wellness and relaxation only and do not replace medical treatment.
• The hammam declines all responsibility in case of discomfort related to an unreported health issue.

7. Hygiene

• The establishment applies strict hygiene and cleanliness rules.
• Clients are invited to respect the premises and equipment provided.
• Certain services require the use of specific products adapted to the traditional Moroccan hammam.

8. Personal Belongings

• The hammam is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
• We advise against bringing valuable objects.

9. Opening Hours

• The last available booking time is at 11:00 PM.
• Hours may be modified during Ramadan, public holidays, or in case of exceptional circumstances.

10. Prices & Services

• Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.
• Promotions and special offers are valid only during the indicated period.
• Certain services may be temporarily unavailable depending on staff or facility availability.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Any reservation or use of the hammam services implies full acceptance of these present terms and conditions.
